The spent radioactive fuel rods, which sit above ground, must be moved to a federal repository that hasn't been developed yet.All those fuel rods, just lying there, waiting for the day Congress builds a minimum-ten-thousand-year-secured-structure under a billion dollar's worth of creepy modern art. Good call.
