For the past six months, FEMA's had Scotia Prince cruise lines on a 13 million dollar contract to house people displaced by Katrina. This project (for temporary housing) was bid out for one day, and all four eligible bids were chosen.
I knew I should've restored that ferry when I had the chance. Now, I'll have to buy the damn blimp and get it ready for when the tsunami comes and we all have to live in the air.
